Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocialPosts AI (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must not create an account or use the Service in any way.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SocialPosts AI is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides:

• AI-powered script and content generation for social media video channels
• Automated faceless video creation using Kling AI
• Multi-platform publishing automation to YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
• Channel performance analytics and reporting dashboard
• Automated content scheduling and posting calendars
• Multi-channel management from a single dashboard

BILLING CYCLE: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you activate your paid plan and renews automatically on the same date each month.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize SocialPosts AI to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

PRICE CHANGES: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time with 14 days notice.

FAILED PAYMENTS: If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

Once your account is created and your AI video workflow is activated, SocialPosts AI immediately allocates dedicated server infrastructure, AI generation compute credits, automation pipelines, and support resources to your account.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances including:

• Change of mind or failure to use the service
• Technical issues on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Account suspension due to policy violations
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
• Changes in third-party platform policies

Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges only — there are no prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

CANCELLATION: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of your current paid period — no refund will be issued for remaining days.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected]
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts without refund

You agree NOT to use SocialPosts AI to:

• Generate or publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate the Terms of Service of any connected platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or impair the Platform

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without notice and without refund.

OWNERSHIP: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content generated through your account.

AI LIMITATIONS: AI-generated content is provided as-is without warranty of originality, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication.

OUR IP: The SocialPosts AI platform, including all software, designs, workflows, and systems, is the exclusive property of SocialPosts AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SocialPosts AI integrates with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Kling AI. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that affect the Service
• Content removal or account suspension by third-party platforms
• Interruptions or failures of third-party services

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of third-party platforms complies with their respective terms of service. Account termination or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms do not entitle you to any refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SOCIALPOSTS AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Warranties that the service will produce specific results (views, revenue, or engagement)

We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in any specific income or channel growth.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCIALPOSTS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, or business.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SocialPosts AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or connected with:

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Content you generate or publish through the Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms of service

BY YOU: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

BY US: SocialPosts AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-payment, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new Last updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
